This PE WPC profile extrusion line is designed for making wooden color on the WPC profile surface without co-extrusion, the color on the product surface is made by color feeding system on the extruder. we designed two feeding mouth on the extruder, one is for feeding the WPC material as normal, another one is for feeding color masterbatch on the surface, and the color masterbatch feeding speed is controlled by the speed ratio.

we have designed the protection film coating system for making WPC door frame online. the protection film coating machine is installed on the WPC door frame extrusion line, it can coating three sides(top surface, left surface and right surface) protection film on the WPC door frame.
The proetction film can be removed later after the door frame installed at end customer's factory. the protection film can avoid the damage and dirty on the WPC door frame surface in transportation or installation.

The PE profile is made from recycled PE plastic scrap with foaming inside, it is made without wood powder inside. we also call it plastic lumber.
Generally it is in solid shape and thickness around 20mm, standard width is 50mm, 100m, and 150mm.
Our embossing machine can work on the Plastic lumber PE foam profile. we have tested good .
