This PE WPC profile extrusion line is designed for making wooden color on the WPC profile surface without co-extrusion, the color on the product surface is made by color feeding system on the extruder. we designed two feeding mouth on the extruder, one is for feeding the WPC material as normal, another one is for feeding color masterbatch on the surface, and the color masterbatch feeding speed is controlled by the speed ratio.

we have designed the protection film coating system for making WPC door frame online. the protection film coating machine is installed on the WPC door frame extrusion line, it can coating three sides(top surface, left surface and right surface) protection film on the WPC door frame.
The proetction film can be removed later after the door frame installed at end customer's factory. the protection film can avoid the damage and dirty on the WPC door frame surface in transportation or installation.

this line has equipped with special designed 3D wooden grain pattern online embossing.
with special designed co-extruder and co-extrusion material, we get nature old wood color and feeling design on the WPC decking surface.
with our special fomulation of core material and co-extrusion material, the co-extrusion layer is strong sticked on the WPC core material, it has no problem of easy scratch, easy peel off, or easy surface damage.
