The WPC door frame is made by PVC and wood powder, we helped customer designed the wpc door frame system according to Africa local market requirements. there are 160mm width and 180mm width WPC door frame system in Africa, and considering some place may need unstandard sizes, so we designed the door edge line can be cut 30mm from each side to adjust the size.

This PP WPC sheet making machine is specially designed for our Uzbekistan customer. this line can make 1220mm width and 2-5mm thickness PP WPC sheet, it equips with online protection film coating and non-woven cloth coating. The PP WPC sheet can be used as car material after thermoforming.

In the testing, we used 40% wood and CaCo3 mixing with 50% PVC for making low cost and high quality WPC door frame, the average material cost is around 0.7-0.8 USD/kg only.

PVC thin sheet making machine is used for making edge banding sheet, this machine can make 600mm width PVC sheet with 0.4-2mm thickness, then it can be printed and UV coated to make beautiful surface design, and then it can be splitted into small width according to customer's needs.
we can also equip the embossing rollers or matt surface rollers to make the PVC edge banding sheet with embossing design or sanding design.

TS-1300 Automatic flat to flat die cutting machine with waste cleaning is used for cutting and creasing the PP hollow corrugated sheet into PP corrugated box shape according to the customized design. it is fully automatic machine with auto product feeding, auto creasing and cutting, auto waste cleaning, auto stacking. The auto die cutting and creasing machine is controlled by PLC system, it is high quality machine for saving labor cost and power cost.

Today we have tested the PVC edge banding sheet making machine for our Malaysia customer, this machine is used for making 700mm width and 0.2-3mm thickness PVC sheet, the PVC sheet can be used for decoration surface sheet and edge banding.
We have tested formula for low cost edge banding sheet using 30kgs CaCo3+100kgs PVC resin.
we have also tested 0.2mm thickness PVC edge banding sheet production and 3mm PVC plate production in the same machine and same mold.

We are deliverying the PVC edge banding sheet extrusion line to our Malaysia customer today, this pvc edge banding sheet extrusion line has been fully tested well in our factory before shipment. we have tested to use different formula to make different thickness PVC edge banding sheet.

HI-TECH company from india has visited one of our customer's factory and checked our PVC WPC solid door frame machine running condition and confirmed that our machine quality is very good. and so they placed the order to us for PVC WPC solid door frame making machine this week.

We will supply the 16-63mm PE pipe making machine and 75-250mm PE pipe making machine to the Venezuela customer, and the complete machines shall be made specially for the customer with 440V/60HZ electric parts and with Spanish language for the control system.

Today we have tested the pp corrugated sheet cutting machine, it is a semi auto machine made for our Mexico customer. it needs two workers for feeding sheet and discharge the sheet, the production speed can be around 20 pcs/minute.
This pp hollow corrugated sheet cutting machine has two working models, automatic model and manually model.
