- we have provide turnkey technical solution to our Uzbekistan customer for making PP WPC sheet which can be used as car material after thermal forming, including wood powder making, mixing , WPC granulation, and PP WPC sheet extrusion line with calendaring system.
The WPC sheet shall be made with around 40% wood powder mixing with 60% PP material and some chemical additives.
The WPC sheet size is 1220mm width and 2-5mm thickness.
Our customer from Uzbekistan has visited our factory and discussed in details about our WPC machine. they wanted to make PP WPC sheet which can be used as material fo making cars after thermal forming.
