Here now we would like to introduce about how to make WPC handrail for garden railing.
1, Make Holes on the WPC post as showing in step1.
2, fixing the Steel post into the land, the embed depth is around 15CM. Plug the WPC post in the Steel Post.the length between two posts had better to be less than 2m. as showing in step2.
3, make holes on the horizontal crosspiece, fix the vertical crosspiece into the holes on horizontal crosspiece as showing in step3.
4, install the cross system on the WPC post as showing in step 4
5, cut the handrail profile into required length, and install it on the WPC post from top. you can use screws to fix it. as showing in step5.
6, Install the Post Cap on the WPC post to cover the hollow section of the WPC post. showing in step 6.
