What is the material for making WPC decking?
Our WPC decking machine can use recycled PP/PE plastic and wood powder as raw material.and mixing with chemicals
the percentage of plastic: 25-30%
the percentage of wood powder: 60-70%
Chemicals: such as coupling agent, pigments, PE wax, stearic acid, anti-Uv agent, antioxygen agent.
PP/PE wastage
The PP/PE wastage can be used for making WPC decking, the Melt flowing Index is better to be around 0.2-1.2gram/10 minutes
Recycled PP/PE flakes
the PP/PE wastage have to be cleaned and crushed into PP/PE Flakes, the moisture has better to be less than 6%, you can equip our plastic recycling machine
Wood powder: the wood powder can be made from Tree branch, wood blocks, rice husk, rice straw, wheat straw, wheat husk, cotton straw and some other wood fiber. the wood material should be without oil, easy to be processed into 20-100 mesh powder size, and the wood material need to be dryed with mositure less than 6%.
